after the nineth grade i became two people, shanae and sha'nate. for a long time i had been a combination of the two. i was confident, outgiong, fun-loving, and devoted to chistianity. those were the positive traits. in the eighth grade i went through a traumatic experience that started the negativity. i went into a depression that i still haven't completely recovered from but i'll tell you how i deal with it.
at home i am shanae. shanae is short-tempered, angry, confused, anti-social, depressed, and , most importantly, christian.
everywhere else i'm sha'nate. she is fun-loving, happy, out going, friiendly, determined to meet as many people as she can, and wiccan.
i feel like sha'nate is who i want to be, she is care-free and uneffected by others expectations, and shanae is who i am, just the shadow of a person who is living only for her parents approval and she goes deeper into her depression when it is refused.
does anyone else feel this way or am i the only one?

That was interesting. . . Well, I would just say be who you want to be and not worry about this "Christian" thing. And post on another wiccan board next time.

Have you tried prayer? God said that He would never leave you or foesake you. He will bring you out of the pits of your depression. Get a new name, one name, one you. You're not alone, you have the Lord, you have my prayers, and all others who will pray for you. The Lord Almighty has plans for you, He has plans for all of us.

Dear Lord,
This girl needs to feel Your love strongly. Our human minds can't fathom Your love, so it dosn't always feel like You love us, even though You are at our side. We need Your presense every day, we need to feel Your love, Lord. You will give us all that we need, not all that we want. Speak to ace, give her a name she can say and know she has one name, her name, her one name.You can and will give her one personalty, give her herself, give her who You want her to be, give her what she needs, Lord. She is not the olny one, she is not alone.Take away the short-tempered, angry, anti-social, and depressed ace, olny You can do this, while I still have faith, fix her life.She is Your severant, You get to use her.
