Oujia boards are pieces of cardboard with letters on them. They are not witchcraft. There is no such thing as witchcraft. No spirits are involved in Oujia. Nothing is involved in Oujia but your own subconscious mind.
What a reproach upon the nation. What a reproach it is upon the nation today, to find out that people, sometime who call themselves Christians, go to ouija boards, and spiritualists meetings, and all kinds of tommyrot like that, and fortunes, and telling fortunes and things like, which is of the devil. Is it because there's no God in heaven? Is it because that He doesn't have prophets in His church? Isn't it because we don't have gifts and revelations and interpretations in the church to consult God? Why would we have to go to such a low, degraded thing as that? We... God is going to ask us, why? Why?
I hope this helps you out. Ouija boards are witch craft and we aren't to mess with them.
I have a ouija board, but for me it's just a party game. I mean, it's made by a toy company! Although, I have run ito some people who do believe in it; some like it, some fear it. In fact I have a classmate who has been scared of me ever since I brought it to a party. It's sad really.
A friend and I did a Ouija board after reading this thread ages & ages ago. It didn't work. Of course, the website said if you were "skeptical" there was no way it would work because the spirits would be offended. Please. But by this point we were laughing pretty hard, our hands shaking too much to hold the pointer steady. They don't work. Its all psychological, like clpo said.
"I imagine a lot of people tune in simply to watch reporters get bitch-slapped by Mother Nature, and frankly, who can blame them? Anderson Cooper
It's all in your mind. That's it. Believe me, I know this for a fact. Plus, I have the Skepdic to back me up. Wikipedia too. For Wikipedia, check the "Skeptical view" section.
It's a game made out of cardboard and plastic manufactured by Parker Brothers. There's no way it can be involved with "spirits". Just look in the dictionary. A picture of an Ouija board is right next to the word "fake".
I used to use an Ouija board when I was younger, and though I don't know if it was a dark force or mere delusion, but some pretty freaky stuff happened... I would smell strange unexplained scents, see colored hazes... so I stopped... that was years back though.
It's actually spelled Ouija, like Brehon has showed before. Media and culture has made it a very "dangerous" thing but really there aren't risks. Often times, the "side effects" are from pure delusion and paranoia, in my opinion. It's possible to contact energies, malicious or benevolent, but I suppose it's all a reflection of what you believe will happen.
dont do the weegee board plz iv tryed n it forcesu 2 all let go but if u do u may not think itz true but spirits haughnt ya 4 ur live 2 get back 2 there own
I have used a Ouija board many times and I have never been pelted with bark or crayons or had the glass spin out of control. There are no risks. If you think there are look on http://www.paganlibrary.com for a "spell" of protection so you won't get harmed.
Only simple and quiet words will ripen of themselves. For a whirlwind does not last a whole morning, nor does a sudden shower last the entire day.
