Why do I belive in God the Lord? Because wean I wake up in the morning I'm breathing. Because if he wasent there I would have no to talk to wean there was NO ONE else! I'm not hear to argue Just macke better and maby change a few minds. *sigh* Its hard for me to say this...because some of you might not understand what I feel for God, I have gone to a retreat called Steubinville now for Two year and in two weeks it will be 3! Weanever I am there I feel God, and know he/God is there. I am Catholic and Proud to be it. No one can tell/convince me he/God is not there, after what I have gone thourgh with him. He has showed me his glory many times, at Steubinville at Adoration and every day of my life. At Adoration he comes into our hearts and we cry, and feel his power, God never hurst us, just Amaz's us over and over again. I feel bad for those who do not belive in God, I love them I don't hate them, I Just feel bad because they don't get the exsperinces and goodness I see and feel! every day! and what my friend from youth group feel. God is amazing and I guess I'm hear to say I love him and always will. I'll stick to God all my life. I guess I'm asking you all to kindly try...try and look harder to see the lord, and all his glory Just for one second even pretend you belive and maby one day you will see how I feel and why I love him soo much. I could not live with out the Lord in m y life. He is awsome and I rely thought you all should know. I don't want to be dissed now after I have Just poored my Heart out to all of you very kindly. I don't hate any of you for not beliving all I'm asking is to try MY friends. So one day you can feel the power and GLORY of or Lord Jesus chirst. I just want people to look past what they think they know, and just research a religion for themselves...If you have questions or curiosity of a religion just ask...Don't be so quick to knock someone of their beliefs if you don't first know the basics of the religion.

Yes the function of breathing is a chemical reaction...But tell me this? If breathing is a chemical reaction, how do you have the ability to breath, walk, move, think?...You'll probably say that all of those things are possible through the evolution of the brain through complex nueron circutry, and mans ability to think for himself...I also say how were you provided the knowledge for you to assume such rationals?

I understand what you're saying. However, as I am a cold and skeptical person, I am not inclined to believe in a higher power. I have thought about what it would be like to be a deist, and I don't find it very pleasant. If I genuninely believed there was a God, I'd be terrified.
