Well as most people know, in schools (and other public places i suppose), one is allowed to talk about their religion and explain it to others, as long as they dont impose their beliefs. Well thats the gist (excuse my spelling) of it as I synopsize it. Anyways, I was sitting in class and question came up about some religious holiday, it was probably easter. So the teacher, having the justification to talk about religion explained the religious reasoning behind the holiday. But what i noticed was that instead of stating her talk in phrases like "the belief is" or "its thought that", she used terms like "this happend" or "well on the third day he died" (or what not). the point im trying to make is that when people talk about their religions they pretty much "tell you how it is". So im wondering, when a teacher does this, and states it like this, is he/she basically "teaching" you the religion because their not saying "its thought that"... and wouldnt this be imposing their beliefs, should they have to state it in a certain manner? I was just wondering, and if you think im full of **** you can just tell me because i was confused about this. if i didnt make myself clear tell me and i'll try to explain. thanks.
Why do I have a conciense, all it does is **** with me?

Sounds to me (though don't count me as any kind of expert) that even though your teacher isn't saying "think like this," They consider their religion to be right. I doubt that they're trying to convert all of their students, but I don't think your teacher is being respectful of the fact that different people believe different things, and that that's OK.
