Theyre a big waste of time and theyre just trying to make you look stupid by saying you cant back up anything when from what I saw you backed up everything. Somethings for them are just too hard to understand.... peace, Sarah p.s....buster...I seem to notice that you keep on labeling us..."Christian companion"....you really must be as shallow as you appear.

You guys make me want to cry. I am happy you are so opinionated about your religion and beliefs, but you can get so out of hand. If you are rude or too agressive no one will ever listen to you. Don't assume non-Christians don't know anything about Chistianity... and visa versa. I am not a Chistian but I have respect for those who are and members of every religion. It is increadably romantic how passionate some people are. I attend a Christian youth group though and I enjoy learning about different religions and beleifs. How much of the bible do I beleive? A little. I do not base my beleifs on it but there is a great deal of truth in it. I just "read it" differently. I think some of it is historical fact that is often encrypted and morals that are told in a specific voice. There is so much more in common between religions but many blind themselves from this as they look for differences and things to argue about. I beleive in what science proves. I think that science and the bible often back each other up though as do sciece and many other scriptures. -Don't blind yourself with ignorance, Phoebe

For yo info porndog, I have the freedom of speech, and I will say whatever I want about religion on this board, cause I made it. If you don't like it, DON'T READ IT!!! GOOD GOD, there are more than drunks on this site, and som of them want to discuss this stuff, and you can't tell me there isn't somebody who wants to hear, because I can make a list of some people I have discussed it with. You don't believe in Jesus because you are a COWARD, you are the type that would rather die than have to walk up and give your profession of faith. God loves you, and you can't prove me wrong! If I were God I would have given up on you, but I am not and he is so merciful. WHAT IF HE IS REAL AND YOU MEET HIM ONE DAY AND YOU ARE JUDGED, AND HE DIDN'T KNOW YOU! WHAT WILL YOU DO?

first of all,it's forbidden in Islam to try to FORCE someone else to convert to Islam, though good if you manage to convince thm with reason, and certainly God does not approve of "punishing"someone for practicing a different religion,so if they do that in Afghanestan, don't blame Islam for it-blame the fanatics that are disobeying God by their violence .However,I think it's extremely rude and indecent to enter the "temple"where a non-Christian religion is practiced(in this case,a Mosque)and try to preach your own religion there -have some respect!!How would you like it if Muslim missionaries entered a church and tried to convert people there to Islam? If your missionaries want to preach their religion,do it on neutral ground.Other Points: 1.DO NOT take Afghanestan as a standard for Islam,a religion that encourages knowledge-aquisition,forbids forced marriages and a whole bunch of other things they do in Afgh.that you seem to think elates to Islam.Think of Afgh. as a modern-day Inquisition, where people where killed for not being Christian and innocents were burned as "witches".Did the Bible ask for any of thaT?I didn't think so.Same here. 2.Who were the 20,000 Muslims converted?Where did they come from?I'm curious, because if they came from an Ignorant country like Afghanestan,or other places where the people have very little in the way of education...well,it's not hard to convince them that something they know very little of is wrong.Christian missionaries have every right to try to draw people into their own faith,as have Muslim missionaries and otherwise. However,I cannot consider that so many being converted as very impressive, because many Christians and people of other religions have also converted to Islam. However,I would find it more impressiveif the people who converted were of a reasonable level of education, and actually knew enough about their own religion to argue in its favor, then decide if their arguement didn't stand up-don't you think? After all ,brainwashing is the exact same thing the Taliban are doing;getting people with no background, and telling them to believe what they tell them.I do not like it.Faith,of all things MUST have support, reason behind it that confirms that these words are divine. 3.Pity that Afghanestan is the standard for the Islamic Country you know of.I live in Egypt,a predominantly Muslim country, and we value education strongly here, our lives are nothing like those suffered in Afgh.and we're living harmoniously with the Christians. Some of my friends are Christian and no-one's pulling down churches-or wants to(why should we?we know many good christians). Please be more open-minded in the future and do not equate Islam with the image the Western media tries to set for it.As for the question of how much I believe in the bible, there are certain similarities between the stories in the Koran and the Bible.I believe in those.

Hello "Stu": Guess you haven't heard the "wrath of DaughterOfLiberty" yet. Well, here goes ... You'd have to be fairly desperate for attention to keep on saying things like that. I mean, I meet people every day that declare Satan worship simply because they want to sound cool, or hear people say "Oh, no! why, you really shouldn't say that." or "My goodness- you must be kidding." It seems that you repeatedly post anti- religious messages just because you either have nothing better to say or you are extremely attention deprived. Practice assertiveness in different areas maybe. But it's your life, and chances are my post will do little to change your perspectives. Oh well-(sigh) *DaughterOfLiberty*

Let me first say that I am a Christian, and I DO believe that it is the only "right" religion... but that's another topic entirely. However, nsyncgirl, you do have to remember that (1) this is a public message board and (2) This is America, which possess the lovely freedoms of religion and speech. So just as you are free to post about how being a Christian is the only way to fly (no pun intended), other people have just as much right to post that it's not. Also, it also seems like you have a double standard. You say that everyone should be respectful of your beliefs and never criticize your beliefs nor interfere (post...) when you're talking about your beliefs. But then you go on the defensive and criticize others when they post something you don't agree with. Just some thoughts. Hope I didn't hurt your feelings horribly. We can still be friends.

Have you studied up at all on what you are saying? I find your argument weak. Please feel free to ask me any apologetic questions (issues regarding the accuracy of God...etc...) I would be happy to answer them.

I think that religion is stupid and god is fake. If you believe in god you are obviously vulnerable. God is a conspiracy!

I respect your right to tell others about your religion, but I wish you wouldn't tell people that it is the only right religion, because you do not have 100% clear answer. Actually religion is one of the few things that doesn'thave a clear answer so just as you want people to lok into and believe in your religion I would ask if you would look into the beliefs of other religions. I am not telling you to convert just to learn sbout and accept other religions may be possible or true.

Don't get me wrong, I have respect for people who want to learn about God. You, however, should also have respect for people who don't want to learn about God. I respond to your posts just to give you another perspective (thats the point of a message board).

If we forced everyone in America to practice Christianity, how many people do you think would obey the law? I respect others, and if they want to pick a different religion, that's cool. I wish everyone was a Christian like I am. But, if there not, I hate to say it, but there is a consequence. I don't sit there and give my friends a sermon everyday. I simply invite them to church, and share the Bible with them. NOW, LET ME ASK YOU ALL SOMETHING, WHY DO YOU CRITIZE ME? I AM BEING CALLED SOME PRETTY BAD NAMES. I AM HOPING TO GO ON A MISSION TRIP TO CUBA ONE DAY. I WANT TO SHARE GOD'S WORD WITH OTHERS. I HAVE SEEN MANY MISSIONARIES CONVERT 20,000 MUSLIMS TO CHRISTIANS. THEY GET WHAT YOU CALL A CONVICTION. IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT WHAT ID O, WHY DO YOU WRITE ME? WHY DO YOU TAKE UP SPACE WHERE I COULD TEACH OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT GOD. I TAUGHT A GUY ABOUT GOD, THAT LIVED IN SOUTH KOREA. I WAS IN A CHAT ROOM WITH HIM, AND I TOLD MANY THINGS. OTHERS COULD'VE BEEN TELLING ME TO SHUT UP, BUT THEY HAD RESPECT FOR WHAT I WAS DOING, AND I WAS IN THAT ROOM WITH TENAGERS. IF THEY CAN HAVE RESPECT FOR A MAN WHO WANTS TO LEARN ABOUT GOD, WHY CAN'T YOU?

Okay, Nsyncgirl, you say "the least we can do as Americans is have faith in God" Do you even understand the concept of freedom of religion. People founded America because that is what they wanted. I don't understand what you are saying because you keep contradicting yourself. You say as Americand we should believe in God,, and then "I respect their freedom of religion" it certainly doesn't sound that way to me. You then go on to say "they shouldn't expect expect everyone to follow their religion." Neither should you, but that sounds like what you expect. In Afganistan people aren't allowed to worship as they want. They have religion police who do not hesitate to kill you for practicing a religion other that Islam (which the Taliban currupter into what they wanted it to be), drinking alcohol, listening/playing music, laughing, etc. From what you are saying you remind me of this. You want an entire Christian country without true freedom of religion, this reminds me of Afganistan, only with Christianity in stead of Islam.
