Ed Vs Fed Is a Non-Profit Organization Which Values Education Versus Federal Crimes and Jail time. Our mission is keeping students out the streets and interested in educating their selves.All students are supported but our primarly focus are students who parents are incarcarated because they tend to have less of an support system.Finding ways to provide support, help, guidance, scholarships, grants,counseling and job opportuntities to those who other would'nt otherwise have the chance or the modivation to pursue these things.

This Non-Profit Organization was created because with the growing number of young adults becoming incarcarated we felt something must be done to prevent the statistic from growing.

Between 1999 and 2005 the number of adults ages 18 to 29 in prison of jail rose from 745,200 to 843,228, an increase of 13 percent. In the last year alone, numbers rose by nearly 20,000

According to a published Senate report in September of 2000, as many as 70 percent of children of incarcerated parents will become involved with the criminal justice system unless effective intervention strategies are set in place

The best way possible is to keep the students focused on school and education versus crime. If teens have something to look forward too long term they will be more caution to rise above their circumstances and whatever dangerous situations they may encounter.
