Today a 6th grader got suspended for 3 days because he brought in a copy of the new Sports Illustrated Swim Suit edition. Do you think this is fair?

being suspended for something like that is completly useless. people are taking things to extremes these days and its getting a little stupid.

No, he could argue that he brought it for the sports.

But i don't know. I go to an extremely liberal public school and if the case happened here, nobody would've cared or given a damn. To each his/her own.
