ok, i've almost been raped twice, and i can tell you, even the feeling before it happens is scary and depressing. When i got home from the first time it almost happened, i got in the shower and cried. The first time this occured, i was held down by a man who broke into my aunt's apartment, but my cousin slipped out of the room and called the police. The second time was my own step-brother, he dragged me in the woods behind my dad's house, but i got away from him, i was 12. I'm lucky that both of those times were prevented, but just the feeling of knowing it's gonna happen is frightening.

I think robbery is the one that people can deal with. All of the other's people can kill themselves over. Well, that's the way I see it. -Sunset

quote: People can deal with depression
some people can. Some can not. It depends on the person. If someone is so consumed by grief that they cannot live this life anymore, could not one call that "depression"? Yes, I think so. Depression is serious. It is despair in its simplist form. Sorrow and despair and hopelessness. Sorrow is consuming. Despair is a murderer. And hopelessness is nothing, void. People can deal with depression. Some can. Some can't. Some deal with it with unhealty practices. Some don't deal with it at all and decide to give up. They lose part of their soul or they merely die of grief. If the mind truly wants to die, then the body will follow suit (havent any of you seen Jean de Florette or Manon of the Spring?).

well, I can't say which is the worst, but I believe that robbery would be the least horrible...as for the rest, it really does depend on the individual. Love, Jen.

I think child abuse and rape. People can deal with depression and robbery is just about material things.

it depends on the individual. it depends if you like pain or not, if you hate these things or not. it depends on your own personal fears and daemons that follow you around. you can't group everyone into a huge group. i could think of a lot of things that would be worse than these for some people, but not for others, because they're different individuals.

Any of it is bad. Doesn't matter which one is the worst cuz no one wants it to happen to them.

Hi Amy, i mean Magnet.
- Rape. Nothing could be ever worse, cause the scar will stay there. Life-threatening diseases, well, you're whole life is dependent on that.

Life-taking diseases... though I suppose you can only have a life-taking disease once, so making it plural is unnecessary.
