I can only trust one person in this whole universe. And its my best friend. I wont tell my parents or my sisters. But if you don't have someone to trust, then get a diary. (I know someone said that before)
Just hide it so no one gets to it. If something serious happens, then you need to tell someone.

Trust is like a tower of cards. It takes a long time to build and is easily broken. When its broken, you often don't want to build another one.
