That's the way it already is where I live. There's a separate school for "problem children" where, after so many mishaps, they end up going. It's like the regular HS but teachers can get more involved with the students and just focus on them. The students don't even have to travel out of the way. They still go to the HS in the morning and just wait for another bus to pick them up and take them to their school. It's a nice setup. My mom's best friend works there as a teacher's assistant and he enjoys his job.

That would be awesome, unrealistic but awesome. At my school administration is trying to promote hetergenous classes. They are mixing and doing away with honors classes as a way to stimulate underachievers.
