I have this "friend", yeah she's invited me over once or twice, but we have never been anywhere together. Sometimes at school she won't talk to me around her other friends because they are highly popular. She calls me on the phone and I call her, but are we truly friends? She doesn't even sit at the same lunch table as me. She thinks she is the bomb and can get any guy, which could happen. She barely talks to me on AOL, we used to talk all the time on Yahoo, but now she doesn't get on there anymore, and when we are both on AOL we don't talk unless I have to say wuts up first. She might say hey to me first, but thats only if no one else is talking to her. The only reason we actually started talking was because she wanted to hookup with my cousin, and she wanted me to help her get them together, which by the way to 6 months of my life, which i didn't seem to mind at the time, and they didn't even get together...maybe a hug or two here and there, but besides that NOT A THING! When I come across her in the hallways sometimes, she doesn't even say hey unless she is walking alone. Yesterday, during track practice, she didn't say not one word to me, i had to approach her. I get upset when she does stuff like this, but I never do anything about it. Not to long ago, she was upset and called me talking about how her friend who she told everything too, betrayed her. I am like, you never tell me everything, she doesn't even wanna tell me who she likes at times. I want a bestfriend, someone to confide in, to have my back. Am I wasting my time on a friendship that is never going to last and be forever, or am I just overly dramatic?
