chica, that has nothing to do with school. i know this because i had a similar thing happen to me. the difference, i dont blame it on school...here is how it went..
me and my best friend, shell, close friends since kiddie school. we did everything together, joined at the hips..and everyone knew that, close as can be...we went our seperate way yet maintained our close bond...she got in with the preppy group (ugh) and i got into the indie group...well it ended up being that i had guys come up to me and ask me how easy she was, yeah that was fun. you see word got around school that she is easy, more or less makes out with guys for the heck of it....it made me sick to see guys ask me that and call her a s**t or wh***...so you know we had the whole honesty thing going even if it hurt...well i got tired of this whole thing and i didnt want to see her in that sit cause she is better than that. so i talked to her, i was crying nonstop the whole time because it hurt me to say this to her. in short, i told her what the guys are saying and what i think of it (you know its not right and you are better than that and what not) huh well yeah the whole honest thing back fired in my face! she now says the ocassional hi, and thats really it...now this happened in sept (our JR year) huh nothing to do with school...
if your "best" friend cant handel you having another friend that SHE doesnt like, what type of friend is that...? you are a human with every right to decide who your friends are, not your "best" friend...if she cant accept another friend of yours, thats fine however you can still hang out...but if she stops talking to you because of that, dear, she is not worth your time...
thats just my thought........

Perhaps we should not dig up threads that should not have been made in the first place. "You learn about equality in the classroom but you find out about it in life" - Campus Confidential www.myspace.com/yogore

I agree with WorthWaitingFor. But I just don't get how high school messed up the the friendships of the threadstarter's.
I have not yet reached my goal, and I am not perfect. But Christ has taken hold of me. So I keep on running and struggling to take hold of the prize. My friends, I don't feel that I have already arrived. But I forget what is behind, and I struggle for wha

Are you sure your in high school? My 10 year old brother can type better. I can not really comprehend your post. Secondly, It's your fault that you lost friends, it was YOUR choices and actions that did it for the most part. Also, you LOST them because you won't do anything about. I suggest trying to get them back or deciding to make new friends, do not go around blaming high school for all your problems.
Hope for the best and expect the worst............take whatever life throws at you...

What you should "so" now is rephrase the question. With the aid of a dictionary. Nice and slowly. Looking carefully at the keyboard while you type. Couldn't hurt to have a parent or guardian proof-read the thing before it goes live, either. It also might be in your best interest to divert your attention to more pressing issues, like your failing grades in all of your classes that require written essays.
And then, as the books were told, Fina replied: "A can of worms, my dear friend? What has this to do with reason?"
