Why do they? I'm serious... why!? There is no good reason to do that! I'm seriously thinking about commiting suicide after how I was bullied today. And all my life. I was really confident a few day's ago. Thought I was pretty, smart ect. Now after guy's called me hippo (I'm not that fat only 10 pounds over weight here. not a stick or hippo!)Called me ugly. Refusesd to sit by me even a foot away. ect. Bully's out there... why do you?! Do you know people commit suicide becuase of you?! Because people think other people hate them & no one loves them. Think before you talk. Girl at my school: nice,smart, pretty, talented girl. Who was bullied, next day. Commited suicide. That's really nice isn't it? So answer my few questions if you can. Sorry if this doesn't make sense.

Bullying is a horrible vile thing and i agree that it should never happen. I am not detracting at all from the pain and suffering the victim goes through because i have been there myself but often bullies do it because they have suffered themselves, maybe it is that they have been bullied and although we dont understand why they feel the need to hurt other people they do. However we dont agree with the acts that are commited we need to remember that they need help aswell jus like the victim does. Bullying is a horrible thing and the main thing from this is to remember that you are brilliant just as you are and dont ever let anyone twll you otherwise because bullying aint something that is goin to go overnight and so you need to stay strong.Hope this is of some help

yeah... when ppl buly each other.. that means they have troble with fam or... have u noticed.. that most of the ppl that r bullying have less friends..
anyways the bully has some sort of depretion...
the only way that the bully can feel good about his/her self.. is by atacking other ppl

I was at a camp counselor orientation over the weekend and there was a man named Michael Brandwein who gave a great presentation about bullying.

He spoke about "Dumping the D's."

Now you may ask: What is a D?

When we put down others, we're really talking about ourselves. (well, not all the time, or in every case...but you get the point)

i think people bully others cuase they have problems with theirself and they dont want people to figure out those problems. so they try to overpower others and put others down to make themselves feel better. soemtimes the way they bully someone is something that they are scared to admit or something like that.

whenever i get accussed of bullying its mainly because me and anouther person get in an argument, and ill view it as equals having a disagreement but the other person misunderstands it as bullying. ex. someone calls me ugly and i call them a whore =]

best thing you can do is laugh it off or give a not so blunt comback. someone calls you a hippo be like 'compared to the stuff people call you..well thanks' that should leave them confused, other than that hang in there. and don't by any means kill yourself. for every low theres a high.

i was bullied in middle school
i went to a private/ catholic school, so they kinda just wanted to pretend there wasnt a problem.

most bullies are insecure
a LOT of them have home issues, which either anger them or make them need to feel power somewhere else

a lot of the bullying is because something corrupted that person or they have been so sheltered that they cant comprehend anything that isnt 'normal' to them. Anything different from their views is wrong, and if you arent perfect to them they will say something

laughing is the best solution, the more you act like you dont care or make them know what they are doing is stupid without really showing you care is the best thing to do

Bullies are just insecure individuals. They also feel like they want to have power of there victims. A good way to deal with a bully is get some of your friends to talk about it with you.

opinion on this is that people bully people so they feel security, you know...to feel that they are bigger, and better an to make others laugh.. but you know what dont let those dips make you commit suicide..man if somoene does that your a bigger idiot than those bullys... you may not realize it but at least in one time in everybodys life they have bullied in some sort of way...its natural in humans... anyway sometimes you jus have to take it cuz its jus jokes...they hurt your feelings yes but dam who cares what they think its all about how you want to take it...make your decisions wisely. wow i wrote too much.... hahaha peace

Once i was being bullied and i wanted to kill myself but i didnt.Anyhoo as to your question in my point of view people bully other's just because they think they can get away with it,And teens and preteens all over the world in these past years have commited suicide and it's not cool i hate bullies they SuCk!lolz..

Some people have a huge gaping hole where their heart should be.

OR they don't like themselves and take it out on other people, which just makes them hate themselves more, and so on in a vicious cycle…

OR some people have problems which makes their behaviour more understandable.

OR they are just clueless as.sclowns.

The guy who called you a hippo is probably madly in love with you, and it is his way of getting attention.
