What was the best class you've ever taken?

Any class where there is no threat of an imminent riot and the material taught is above a sixth grade level.

I use to love my Earth Science class back in High School. Oh and my English class, because I really love writing. I think those were my two favorites other than my modern dance class.

My best class that I have ever taken is grammar. I've always liked grammar. I don't like history or math; science is okay. English (grammar) is the best class ever though. The best part is......you have it every year!!!! I don't understand why some people don't like grammar. It bugs me. Grammar is cool. The people in my school like math because they like the teacher. They like the teacher because he is 6'6". They think that makes him cool . He's too strict though. Anyway, back to the point....grammar is the best subject ever. :-)

My favorite college classes would probably be Spanish 112 and 210 (where we would sit around taking in Spanish and never get anything accomplished...) or Intro to Political Science. PoliSci was fun because we had "Government Can't Do" days, where we would try to come up with situations in which there was no governmental interference. We would submit ideas for extra credit and then on Mondays, we would read our suggestions and debate them. (I got the closest with "The government cannot intervene in my choice to wear socks with my sandals at the beach.") Wednesdays were the only day of lecture. Fridays were country days. At the beginning of the semester we each got to choose a country and then we did research on their governments and the like. The people in my class all chose nice, normal countries like Ireland, Italy, Canada, G.Britain. I decided that I actually wanted to learn about a new country, so I chose Kazakhstan. Boy wasn't everyone in my class jealous when they found out that my country's governmental structure was FAR more interesting than theirs...

Is this just high school? It would be College Biology, in that case... It was really interesting, pretty easy for me, the teacher was great, and we got to dissect things.. Another class that was very similar and also very fun was Health Science and Technology... (It was actually kind of a vocational course, but it was awesome) In college, it'd be my Expository Writing class; the teacher was awesome, the coursework was pretty simple and I just plain loved our class and discussions in it.

Right now, I have to say...Pre-Calculus. I may change my mind when I look back on it or after the classes I have next year...but I am totally loving my Pre-Calculus class. There are some classes I've also liked (such as English 2 Honors and Spanish 1) but I didn't like everything about them...and I do like everything about Pre-Calc. Plus...it helps that I have nothing but 99's and 100's on all my tests right now...

I haven't truly loved any of my courses since I am still in middle school and all of my courses are required, but I am really looking forward to taking psychology which I will be able to take in the school year of '07-'08.

For me it was my law and society class in HS, senior year. She always let us watch movies (usually law and order, or similar) and then we got to discuss the legal aspects of them. We also got to do a mock court, where we all got to be attorneys, witnesses and jury members. It was so much fun. It also helped that it was a super easy class for me, and one guy in the class was so competitive...he just HAD to get the highest grade in the class. He worked his fingers to the bone to do well in that class, and then there was me, who would slack off because it was just too easy. The last day of class he went up to my teacher (while I was still in the room) and asked how he did, and of course, I beat him. It was a bit unfair to him though, beccause I think I had 103% with all of the extra credit I did...

Concert Orchestra. Ms. David let us slack off a lot because we were the best orchestra in the school district.
