So...I'm curious any TRUE Dave Matthews Band fans in here....what are your feelings on the new CD, Stand up? Do you like it? No? Why or why not? What's a song that you really like or hate? I won't say what I think cause I really want to hear some Dave fans opinions?!

My dad got the album for his birthday! I'm stealing it as soon as I possibly can and then recording it on to a tape. Yes! I can't wait to hear it. I've alreadt hear "American Baby" (is that what its called?) on the radio and love it. I'll talk to you about Dave, marine. So what's your favorite on Under the Table and Dreaming?

Dude I wanted this thread to be completely about Dave, and positive, and talk to DAVE FANS about the new CD, so really you have no place in here, and I dont need your cocky attitude. so stop posting in here, sometimes you just need to remember you dont have to post something everywhere, especially when its not needed. I wanted this post to be positive and talk to some dave fans, and your not one, which is fine, These Crowded Streets, is from the mid-90's right? It's fine you dont like DMB, but get a better taste of their music, try the Gorge, or live in Central Park, I can almost gaurantee you 99.9% you'll enjoy some of it, if not most of it.

In actuality, my statement was static and neither a bash or negative. Dave Matthew's Band simply bores me. I have 'Before These Crowded Streets' and after listening to all the songs, was not impressed. This is an opinion, and valid at that, and if you think in your own little world that this is bashing, go right ahead and think that.

I'm Marine13 not 16 we are two different people, sorry for your confusion, it would be easily confused. Under the Table and Dreaming like I said before is amazing, and for new listeners really gives a good mix and taste of the band. This new CD is much different, different sound, but amazing, after all these years the b and has been together and like 14-17 cd's including live discs and ****, it's cool that they experimented and came out with something fresh, yet sticking to their roots as a group. Pick it up at the store greenleaf, I gaurantee its worth your 11-15 dollars, and let me know what you think. listen to number 5, American Baby, it's the ****. Suggestion also, download or pick up some live discs...the central park double disc, and the gorge are really awesome. Dave is a whole different story live...it's a beautiful thing. Glad to hear from a fan, that's cool...

I love Dave! Under the Table and Dreaming is by far one of his best albums. I didn't know he had another one out! That's cool. Has the style changed much from his previous ones? I saw him on some late night show the other night, and I guess his new cd release explains it. This is probably the only time I will apologise, but I'm sorry for being kind of rude to you and marine16 on the first amend. issue. It's true, though.

Oh always god damn negativity on this board..I didn't ask you Jenos for your negative comments, did it say "hey any people who dont like dave feel free to bash!!" no IT DIDNT so shutup and stay out. Plus I highly doubt you ever gave DMB a chance considering the 14-17 cds they have released in their band lifetime that soley touches almost every kind of person to dance, cry, scream, laugh and have fun. DMB as a whole is not boring, therefore until youve got a full taste and array of songs from the band, dont make biast comments...hey actually just dont comment at all!
