NeptunesSound you are right once again. People are way to empathetic toward bad singers. I really liked the part when he said if the american music industry had you as its singer then it would crumble. I dont think I have ever laughed that hard in my life.

Simon Cowell is a cool dude! I don't think he's mean or harsh or anything. He's just telling those people the truth. If you can't sing, you can't sing, get it in your head. Plus, if he didn't tell them then, then they'll go on thinking that they actually can sing, when in reality they can't, and they'll just be told by someone else.
He's just sparing them futher dream-shattering experiences, by shattering them now, so they can pick their face up and get the picture. If I know I can't sing and other's know I can't sing, I wouldn't be trying out. Some of them probably just wanna put themselves out their, when in reality they should hide!
