It's extremely advantagable, like stepping out of your body for a few seconds so you can see the things you do from a spectator's point of view. It's only embarassing if you do it around peole you aren't intimate with. Otherwise it's the best way to learn from your mistakes and ultimately become a better lover. You should all try it as soon as your bodies are mature enough to withstand the act of sex... just keep really good track of the evidence(and I mean really)

I believe video-taping yourself having sex is one of those things where only people who haven't done it, criticize it. It's a whole lot more fun than anybody who would never try it is capable of having. Running your mouths about things you have no clue about is not and never will be a wise endevor. *glare*
