In answer to your question about the way she is dressed, it's all about money. The song movie producers, and many rappers, tend to believe in the shock effect. The more shocking, the better, and the more money it pulls in. Disgusting, isn't it? That is why, i.e. Eminem believes in using every cussword available to man and then some. The same goes for many of the others. That is also some of the same reasoning behind such shock shows as Howard Stern and several other late night shows. Don't ask how I come by this information (ahem).

you can always not watch mtv (heaven forbid) if certain videos offend you so much. and obviously some people like her style/sexuality if her video is always being requested.
