Britney has made some wrong choices in her image, but I think that may be her publicity people making her do some stuff. I mean, people will only look at conservative dressers for so long (some people, anyway) and I guess they figure if a celebrity is shocking, suddenly he or she is more popular. Do any of you guys agree with that?

As a performer myself I can understand that she is just trying to do something that she likes. She may be a little stupid and her songs may be shallow and pointless, but she is 20 so she can take care of herself.

I do not hate anyone , but that word is the only one I can find to explain how sickened I am to see her all over the frikin place. ANd to tell the truth "if" I ran into her anywhere I'd be sure to give her a peice of my mind about what filth she is and promotes.

If you don't want britney in your face, on your radio, or on you t.v. screen then chance the station or the channel. Jesus how hard is that to do? You say she "hates us too" that bull sh--. You have no idea how she feels about the people who judge her, she's a human being, did you ever think that might hurt her at all? There are a lot of entertainers I don't enjoy but you don't see me on this message board judging them now do you? Why waste your time ranting about how much you "hate" somene you've never met? Do something constructive...talk about something you like.

I don't really hate any entertainer-types like Britney Spears, but I don't like her music, I don't like what she does, and I especially don't like how her hootichie image is marketed to very young girls! In fact, there are countless people in the music, television, and movie industries that I do not like at all, and even more that only annoy me. Lets face it: if you are a public personality, there will be multitudes of people who despise you. It's part of the territory. That's why I'd rather be a famous writer than a famous actress; much less media attention, and therefore much less criticism. But I know that no matter what I do or how famous I become, there will always be people who don't like me no matter what. I already have people like that on this web site! Small price to pay for speaking one's mind...

You HATE Britney Spears? I am assuming you must know her personally to be capable of such an emotion aganist her. I could understand if you hated the way she performed, or hated her music, but to hate her as a person you must know her because to hate someone without even knowing them is pure ignorance. Also, did britney say that she hated you or any of us, because I seemed to have missed that.

If I don't want some nasty h o e (britney) up in my face , on my radio , on my television then thats my choice and I'll criticize her all I want. I'm sure she has plenty to say herself to a lot of us who oppose her nasty stripper dances , but who really cares? It's a simple matter of I hate her and she hates us.....WHO CARES? Da mn ...they're only entertainers. Entertaining is for the public, so the public has every right to say whether or not they want her to "perform". I don't...some of you do....WHATEVER !!!!!!!
