MTV raises enough teenagers..

I said mtv was bet2 first.

I love Mtv. Its awesome. There is always something on to watch. The only show i am not too fond of is the osbournes. I know a lot of people like it but i think that it is stupid i mean the dedicated an entire show to watching dogs go to the bathroom and watching him clean it all up.. I mean GET A LIFE

In my dismay I poorly phrased that post... I meant that if you want to watch Daria without getting a pirated copy of an episode online that has crappy quality, you have to inadvertantly support MTV. On a side note, turn off TV? *a look of shock mixed with revulsion comes across his face* Why would anyone do that? I'm being sarcastic, naturally...

P.S. If you're interested in this kind of stuff, I highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing "Manufacturing Consent". I think I'm going to name my first-born child Noam.

If you want to see Daria, a channel called "Noggin" picked it up. Most of their stuff is children's programming, but late at night they play Daria.

Edit: after rereading your post I see that you don't have cable, but if ayone else wants to know where Daria went I guess it still applies.

I don't have cable, but all the times I had access to it and watched MTV, I was bored within 5 minutes (wish I could've seen Daria though...). Where's the REAL music?? MTV sucks... hell, pretty much all TV sucks these days. At least I get a lot of reading done.

there is a differance between watching it, and doing it though. heck, i watch mtv all the time, but most of the bands i like have never been played on there. just good charlotte and a little bit of sugarcult.
i think its fine to watch it, but expose yourself to other stuff too, and dont like stuff just because other people do.

lol. I'd say mtv is considerably worse than BET, bet has blaxploitation movies, though a rascist little bugger like you probably wouldnt quite understand those, and mtv has..well..teenbopper meaningless pseudo music.
