the most read page in every newspaper in every single city! news and pictures showing the rich and the famous with their flamboyant parties and exclusive affairs! always in the news for their lavish parties or their generous donations to some cause... but do they really contribute to make a difference in the lives of the needy...? most of them do it just so that their name appears ine newspaper! very smartly they keep out of the affairs happening in the country. these people who are the country's well bred well educated citizens are the ones who least affected by the calamities or riots taking place in the country. why? because they are too busy making money and then busy spending it! they control everything... money helps them to hide their disgusting habits, corruption and scandals in which they are invovled. these people who are most qulaified to make a difference in our society are too busy deciding wat to wear for the evenings party. page 3 a film directed by indian director madhur bhandarkar brilliantly shows the attitude of these elites. totally unaware of human emotions their life revolves around money, money and more money. its not that the lower and middle class people are not capable of making a difference! they are! but at some stage they are unable to fulfill this duty due to many reasons- lack of funds in some cases, in some cases because higher authorities do not permit them to do so and in some cases because these people themselves get greedy for the money and forget all bout the actual cause. the few people who try to bring out the high society's secret dirty doings are nipped at the bud leaving the common people to beleive that these cultured people, actors, singers and other such celebrities are true idols. these people have helped to eliminate hard work in the favor of corruption to achieve fame and success...
