I probably won't have room to tell everything I hate about this film. First off, straight out of the chute, the storyline is a little wacky, Dracula trying to control Frankenstein's Monster because he's a master electrician or something.
Second, Drac's harpie wives reminded me of some perverted old sultan who had seven wives.
Third, the werewolves were outrageouslly oversized.
Forth, Dracula looked idiotic as a CGI bat monster.
Finally, here's the defining reason. - The climax and the ending were awful.
Two CGI characters fighting is not something that makes a film worth watching. A character who dies then is portrayed as being in a better place makes the ending sappy, not to mention, too joyful.
The only thing that even deserves mention was the way the werewolves transform, except for Falchin, or what ever his name was. On olden days, skin was sliced open and if there was hair underneath, between the muscles and the dermis, the person was a werewolf. I still think they were a bit too large.
I'm taking classes to be a scriptwriter and what I've seen over the past year of filming are all disappointments. I really want to change this trend of filming.
Arooooooo!
