Why is it...?

Why is it that people always prefer the gory films; the films with murder and blood? Or what about the "Gangsta" films? "Gangsta" music?

Why do some believe that death and destruction is 'ever so cool'? As well as guns and those violent video games?

How about that knight and the princess story, hm? I'm sure everyone has heard of it. The heroic knight that would do battle and die for her. "How Heroic", "How Romantic", how (and I quote) "the Mighty Fall".

There will always be death, that's the nature of life... but still in the end, we'll all die. After a heroic sacrifice, in the end, you're dead.

Stories and fantasies of people that love you that much; of bravery, and nobility! Everyone wants to be cared for... but where and when is the line drawn? What is the difference between our fantastical imaginations, and reality?

I like horror because I like the creativity of the deaths. But of course, not all horror is like that so I'm kinda picky...

I just like any creative story.

Sometimes I don't like romantic movies; it makes me compare my romance to the films's ones.
