Although I know you all love seeing Melissa Rivers and the man behind the voice of The Rich and the Famous battle it out in the jungle, do you think reality TV has gone too far by using the idea of charity as an excuse to air some of its shows? Should charities be taking money from the shows that some feel promote immorality and distasteful behavior? Maybe it is worth taking off your top, running through an obstacle course, while eating a centipede pizza and singing for Simon…

That sounds familiar... remember TV talk shows like Jenny Jones? Jerry Springer? Does anyone still watch those?
Hopefully, this "reality TV" craze too shall pass. :/

I'm not as worried about reality shows as I’m more worried about the electronic media sensationalizing the war. I mean come-on it feels like you’re watching a sporting event the way they show it.

shiningstar--behind the front lines is a reality show, but it's not a contest. it's a documentary, showing how life under enemy fire really is. it's not a bunch of people duking it out for some money and their fifteen minutes of fame. it's life.

some of them are good. the mole was the best show ever! some of them go too far, but if you don't like them, don't watch! there's still plenty of real shows on!

If you watched SNL last night (which I'm sure lots of you did) then you saw the Who Farted? sketches. I personally got a kick out of it. We need to make fun of reality TV more often!

reality tv has gotten way out of hand. especially with shows like joe millionaire. i mean, here are twenty women who think they're competing to "win the heart" of this guy who they think is rolling in dough, and any comments they make will make them seem like shallow bimbos who only care about the size of a guy's wallet. Then, when he finally picks one, we get to see how she reacts when she finds out it was all a lie. This is all so sadistic!

alright, i'll admit it: i love American Idol. i feel so guilty when i watch it, because i see these people who have spent their whole lives dreaming about making it big as a performer and then they get shot down by big bad simon, but i guess i'm guilty of being human. d@mnit, the black hole of catch-22's has swallowed me whole and i'm trapped for all eternity...

Peace!

I think that it has gone way too far.

Celebrity Mole
Survivor
Celebrity Survivor
The Anna Nicole Show
Sorority Life
I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here
The Osbournes
Fear Factor
American Idol
All- American Girl
The Front Lines
Are You Hot
The Surreal Life
High School Reunion
Mole
The Family
The Bachelor
The Bachelorette
Joe Millionare
Meet the Folks
And Much More.

Why can't America just get a grip? THEY ARE MAKING ENTERTAINMENT OUT OF WAR!!! with Behind the Front Lines, a reality TV show. I mean, people, get real!!You are watching people get killed for fun.

And, who would be enough of a lowlife to go on one of those shows and have millions of people watch your every move? Is NOTHING sacred?
