music is purely a matter of opinion...
i myself am a big fan of Linkin Park...
so obviously i would go with them....

secondly...
points in favour of Linkin Park:
1) They have sold more than 50 million records world wide off just 3 albums, that would be Hybrid Theory (2000), Meteora (2003) and Minutes to Midnight (2007).
2) They are known as the pioneers of rapcore/nu-metal/rap-rock whatever....
personally they don't like being labelled as anyone of those genres.
3) Their music is DIFFERENT. It is about real life. It's not like I WANT A GIRLFRIEND or SWEET ESCAPE or other pop shit that people listen to.
4) These guys write about REAL LIFE. Not crap and shit.
5) They have the TALENT!!!
6) They don't do drugs, booze or get involved into any of those scandals like Britney or Akon or any other artists do.
7) They are way too modest and simple.
8) All of them are high school and university graduates. Except Chester Bennington (lead singer) who had to drop college due to financial problems.
9) All of them are real artists. They do their own artwork. Most of the artwork on the cover of Hybrid Theory and Meteora is done by them.
10) They care about their fans. Extend support to environmental causes. They set-up Music For Relief to help in places where disasters have struck.


these are a FEW reasons why I would vote for Linkin Park!!!!

besides... linkin park and all those other techno rock pop bands owe their life to incubus, the only one of the genre that i am very fond of (tho faint and nobody's listening are... ok...)

I like Linkin Park... It's a different kind of pop music... it's not sappy-crap like Brittney Spears...ect.

If there is one absolute truth in our universe, it is that Linkin Park blows.

I finally bought Linkin Park's cd , and I love it. So much better to blast some of their music , and overthrow the bugglegum-pop industry! (Well , at least in my room. Lol.)
