As for my comment about rich white kids acting gangster, that's just a personal experience that pops up alot where I live. Personally I just don't like people that act "hardcore" but really know nothing about street life. I myself came from a wealthy family until I was about 13 when my family became quite broke. I went from a residential neighborhood to a trailer park and I got robbed and got my tail kicked on a regular basis by the entire rainbow of peoples. I was never a ********er but I've had guns in my face for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and associating with people I would have been better off to avoid. What I don't like about most mainstream hip hop is that it endorses gang mentality and hood mentality and alot of kids are embracing it when they should be embracing things that are more positive. I guess this is amplified by the fact that I have to deal with ********ers at the nightclub on a regular basis so I get really irritated with kids that act like they are ********ers because they are just one more annoyance to the real ********ers and we have to protect them after they shoot their mouths off, not to mention they are generally the reason I get maced when working security.

That's not how it is where I live. White people who are thugged out tend to be poorer. I do know several black kids who are all thugged out who have rich or certainly not poor or ghetto parents. Yes, Atmosphere, Eminem, Bubba Sparxx, Whitey Ford, and even Markey Mark have had interesting careers. The reason I hate SOME white people whom like rap is that they are fake. Very fake.
