I know there are Joss Wehdon fans on this site I know there are those of you who loved Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Dark Angel and there may be a few of you saw and loved Firefly the ill-fated Scifi western that lives on Scifi before the usual friday night block(SG-1, SGA and Battlestar Galactica) and in the movie Serenity hell a few of you maybe have seen it in theaters or rented it or saw it at a friends or you maybe have it on a self next to the DVD collection of Firefly and all the other shows Joss has worked on. Regardless see this movie I know I'm late on this but it deserves attention I love the show and would call myslef a Browncoat any day of the week ending in "Y" so really rent the movie I swear you'll love it, if you don't you can vent at me on this thread for wasting some of your hard earned cash, or you can see it and come thank me for introducing you to an very enjoyable movie either way spread the word sites for serenity: scifi.com has a section for the show with links otherwise google it you lazy punks

I want to eventually buy Serenity and Firefly, I just don't want to spend the money on it right now.

So while I have yet to watch my copy of serenity because there were some issues with it (as in the disk wasn't in the case) I just finished watching Firefly again and I have rededicated some funds towards buying that (but it has to wait till after NYC cause I want souvineirs ) ohh yeah and keep flying!

Psh, I like Firefly so much, I memorized all the mandarin curses. You can't top that. Check out - http://www.stillflying.net/It's a fansite about what would have happened had Firefly not been cancelled. And remember kids, ni ta ma de. Tianxia suoyoude ren dou gai si.

My big sisters from school made us watch Firefly one night. We stayed up all night watching it. It was great. I have yet to see the movie though. I think I might go add it to the netflix list right now...

heh I'm a big Jayne fan mainly because I'm alot like him Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: Jayne, how many weapons you plan on bringing? You only got the two arms. Jayne Cobb: I just get excitable as to choice- like to have my options open. Jayne Cobb: Hell, I'll kill a man in a fair fight... or if I think he's gonna start a fair fight, or if he bothers me, or if there's a woman, or if I'm gettin' paid - mostly only when I'm gettin' paid. that just about explains it for me ^^

Yes! My friend made my brother and I watch it ( without touching the disks themselves, directly into and out of the cases... it's his God ) and we loved it! I wish they had made a second season, but the movie was still an alright ending. My favourite characters always die. I almost bought the tshirt that says I live in a world where Wash didn't die. Yes, good times.
