Is it just me, or was the latest installment of the X-Men Trilogy a complete and utter let down? It pulled much too far from its graphic novel roots and seemed to kill off the characters whose contracts were up. Inaccuracies were clear and abundant throughout the film and shoddy acting seemed to be running rampant in the actors. Yet on the other hand, it was a fun summer movie. I'll say this just to be clear... X-Men was a good movie, but not a good X-Men movie.
It's Girlie, duh.

I've never read the graphic novels but I thought it was a kickass movie. They killed off most of the people I like though so from that aspect it sucked. Did anyone else stay after the credits? Made it seem like there may be some more sequels to look forward to. I hope they make more X-Men movies because the characters are just so complex and interesting (well, some of them) and I really enjoy them.

i saw it, & i still feel that storyline aside, in all 3 movies the characters were accurately portrayed. Hugh Jackman rules as Wolverine!

That's disappointing, but I still want to see it...
