Alison Krauss And Robert Plant recorded a new album together. I know it will be released on oct. 23rd and I'm pretty sure you can pre-order it at www.rounder.com. It's gonna be great to hear the collaboration between these 2 different artists. has anybody heard this yet? thoughts? comments?

Just a reminder to everyone that threads like this are often deleted -- we frown on people making accounts just to promote bands or albums (many are paid to do it on a big number of online forums, and we consider that spam). But since conversation has already began on this, I'll let this one stand.

as a big Zeppelin fan, I'd love to see that reunion, but there's no way i could get out there for that. but i am excited to hear this new Plant record. Alison Krauss has a great voice and I think they will compliment eachother beautifully. i already pre-ordered this cd

Regarding led zeppelin, the 3 remaining band members have reunited with Jason Bonham(John Bonhams son)filling in on drums, to offer one single concert in the O2 arena in london.

The concert is in memory of Ahmet Erdegun, founder of Atlantic records, and 100% of the revenues will be donated to the charity fund that bares his name.

To obtain tickets you can visit the official website(google it) and sign up to a ballot, if you are lucky you will recieve the information to purchase your tickets on october the 1st.

During the first 24 hours of the website's uptime over 20 million people registered.

I've allready signed up, if there are any other zep fans out there interested it takes less than 2 minutes, and who knows, you might get lucky Big Grin
