I'm in the same boat as CLpo about the offie. I'll watch it if it's on, but I don't specifically watch it. Same with 8 simple rules, the War at home, and the simpsons. "You learn about equality in the classroom but you find out about it in life" - Campus Confidential www.myspace.com/yogore

I love that show but I barely get to see it, I end up watching the colbert report more often because it's on later

I never really got into The Office. I watched parts of a couple episodes, and they were quite funny, but it wasn't something I'd drop everything to see. Who watches The Daily Show? That's another of my favorites, even though it's only on Comedy Central.

I'm surprised no one on here has mentioned The Office yet. Am I the only one who can't live without that show?

Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy are the only shows that I turn on the TV to watch specifically. And SNL, ofcourse. "You learn about equality in the classroom but you find out about it in life" - Campus Confidential www.myspace.com/yogore

I can't believe you just said House sucks. He's totally like you, but without the poor taste in television. Jeez, have you even watched either of those shows? I might as well say, "Futurama sucks!" even though I've only seen two episodes. Of course, neither of them were that good, but a couple of episodes is not a fair representation of a whole series. I watch Lost and House. That's pretty much it for obsessive TV-watching. I rarely watch TV unless it's those two shows. Five hours a day? Yeah, right, try three hours a week. I've got better things to do with my time than flip through 200 channels of nothing.

House and 24 both suck I hate the shows you like!
The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.

quote: hey!!! you left out House and 24! I love both of those shows. Too bad 24 doesn't start until January. House's season opener was good, I thought.
I don't think I've watched any of the new shows out this fall. I'm a girl of habit, it seems.

Celebrity Duets all the way, baby!
I kid, of course. That was just what was on when I first turned on the TV tonight. The state of network primetime television depresses me more than I can put into words. Maybe this is why the girls I try to flirt with find the guy who just says "I got so drunk last night" funnier than my wit.
Anyway, what Knight said, minus That 70's Show and plus The Daily Show and Colbert Report. It's slim pickings out there, folks. If it weren't for my TiVo, I'd probably be reading books or engaging in an even nuttier pastime.

So far I've watched two shows on Fox. Tuesday at 9 was a show called Standoff. It was about a team of crisis negotiators. I rather enjoyed it. Very highly predictable. When you've got a male and female working together in a tv show, it's only a matter of time before they end up together...at least this show got it out of the way in the pilot episode. I will continue to watch it, although I don't think it will be around long. Too much like everything else that's out there. Wednesday at 9 was Justice. It's about a law firm, three guys, one girl. They are one of the best firms in the country...a team of defense attorneys who care more about winning their case than they do about the guilt of their client. Not really something I'm planning to do with my future law degree, but I still enjoyed it. It was fun to watch all of the stuff unfold, and at the end they show you how the crime really did go down. It was a very fast paced show. I really enjoyed it. I think it's dynamic enough to last...I hope so...
