I know that it is supposed to intentionally be a gang thing to mark territory, but I really want to know what everyone thinks about it. Is it fine because it's your lifestyle? Do you hate it? I like when it is made as art, but a scribble on a bare wall...no. Of course, its not my business to ramble on about other people's affairs. I know i wouldnt want people dissing what I do, so let me know of your thoughts about it. I bet all you gangstas out there are cussing me up.
It is essential that justice be done, and it is equally vital that justice not be confused with revenge, for the two are wholly different. OSCAR ARIA
Dude, I love Graffiti. Some of it can be a bit ganky and **** but you have to look at the real stuff, if you look in the right places you will see graffiti as art and not vandolism. It's also not just about chucking around a few tags to mark your territory, it can also be about p*ssing off the police or quite frankly producing an art piece that should be seen. Alot of proper graffiti is also a statement (whether it be personal or political etc,) if you look at it close enough. I mean check this out: - Done in Joodalup, Perth, WA, Australia.
Is that wikid or what? And yes, that is graffiti You should appreciate the good graffitti

People want to rep. there hood...its just normal now, it the new generation. No, this has been going on 4 ever, our generation is just carrying it on...
Its a hobbie, and everything is their canvas. Some of the tagging is for gang stuff, but most of it isn't. Ive seen some pretty cool stuff. Theres a difference of like a little scribble with the persons name vs the big letters with crazy paint schemes.
Just think of it as another form of caligraphy or typography.
