If the whole point of school (and it's "primary", btw ) is to socialize, then I have to say, I have been wasting my precious time and money on what I thought was a very pointless educational process that will help determine where I may end up in the future. Not disagreeing with you, or anything, so don't get me wrong. I'm just a horrible socializer.

Honestly, though. How juvenile do you have to be to ask such an inane question? In this day and age, school is a necessity if you want to get ANYWHERE.. including getting that COVETED position of cashier at your local McDonald's fast food restaurant. Or else those numerical symbols will have no meaning to you whatsoever. So anyway, the computer your using.. and the money it was bought with. Did they drop out of the sky? You may think so... who knows.

I really hate to honor this dumb question with an answer, but it is something that nobody has said yet.

We go to school to be socilized. We got to school not to learn math, or history. The promary reason for going to high school is to learn how to act with in society.

Plus what else would you do with all that free time?

because other wise if we didnt, there would be more idiots roaming the street than there already are. and no matter how much u try at that point hooked on phonics wont work any more. and besides, do you really want to turn into

schools aren't decided just for one single person's needs,of course i can't learn everything i need in it or make use of everything i learnt.sometimes feel like i'm wasting my time,but i do learn the most at school.i'm kind of anti-social in my mind,but schools forced me to make new friends.i don't like some subjects though i may need the knowledge,schools forced me to learn.

what do schools have?competition,challenges,environment,opportunities...we won't appreciate it until we lose it

learn all those stuff about the world, math(i hate that subject), french or spanish...etc.

I think you should stay in school for these reasons:

1)So that you understand the proper forum to place subjects like "why do we have to go to school"
a)under "star power"
b)under "in your face at your school"

2) So that you don't spend the rest of your life typing in all caps, a good typing class will teach you about things like the "shift key" and "caps lock".
