The thing is, I cant believe Dumbledore didnt know Snape was evil. He just isnt that stupid. I dont care how convincing Snape is or how good of an occlumens he is, Dumbledore as just too powerful. And because of his power, I knew he had to die. I jut knew he had to eversince the end of OP
I wonder how Harry is going to find the Horcruxes without Dumbledore's help. It seems as if there is alot that is supposed to happen in this next book. It's gonna either be really freaking long or somewhat choppy.
I love how it all makes sense when the mystery is solved.
Like Half Blood Prince/Snape. It all clicked after you found out it was him. You've been hearing how immersed he was in the Dark Arts and now you have proof of it.
Thats the thing about Rowling's books. She gives you so many subtle hints and sometimes they are so spread out sometimes even between books that you dont seem to pick up on it. And whe you do, your pissed off that you didnt realize the answer before.
Or at least, that's how ti goes for me.
Take the Snape being the half blood prince.
You knew Snape was really good at potions because he was potions master.
You knew he was half blood because of Harry's intrusion into Snape's Penseive in his fifth year.
You knew Snape was extremely fond of the dark arts.
But when Harry performed the Sectumsempra spell on Malfoy, and Snape immediately knew the counterjinx for some homemade spell that only Harry and the Half Blood Prince knew, that should have been the nail in the coffin. But i didnt pick up on it. I was so pissed. Particularly because I swore to myself that I would be more mindful of minute details that seem to have little importance.
The Malfoy mystery of what he was doing @ Borgin's was the same case. It mall made sense after you read it and found out what was REALLY going on.
"How would I look carrying that down the street?"
Prety damn clever of Malfoy ehh?
