I don't understand the olsen twins. They are the richest teenages in America (probably the whole world!) and yet, I have never seen them doing any social action (volunteering) or giving money to a good cause. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what's the deal. If you had the money, wouldn't you think of that?  |

I adored them when I was younger. Who didn't? Me and my best friend owned every single piece of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen merchendise ever made. We used to dress up as twins and pretend to be them. It makes me gag now. My parents have some HORRIBLE videos. Anyway, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT tell me that they don't have the time to volunteer and the money to donate. They're like what, 17? They have millions and can call up their tutor any time they want to say "We're taking a break. Take a day off." So don't tell me that they don't have the time to volunteer and give money to charities. I am 13, do not have a tutor that I can call up and my family doesn't have a whole lot of extra money. I, however, volunteer every Saturday, donate cans to my schools canned food drive, and give money to the homeless shelter during the holidays.

i don't think they have any real talent
my little cousin is obsessed with them and it's so pathetic. their movies have the EXACT same plots ; they go to a foreign country, meet cute guys, and save something or someone from disaster

i don't like them i own the movies for the pure reason of humor because if i see them put another poor guy in those movies and bat there eyelashes i will have serious issues

They have no talent whatsoever. They lucked out with their genes and now they're making millions.
I really don't care if they volunteer or not. Their money is theirs to spend (technically their parent's until they turn 18 years old).

and on top of that all of their roles in movies and shows have been together...CORNY! and those roles have always been about girls their age at the time and just basically different parents and a different house because its all THE SAME they never take challenging roles!! in middle school they played middle school girls. In high school they play high-school girls. When has it gone out of that to movies or shows that don't all happen in their hosue or in their school with petty little issues to keep it moving?

Well, the entertainment market for adult twins is pretty much nothing. Except for pornography, but who wants to watch "Full House" porn. That's just gross.

Yeah, i have issues with them olsens as well. i mean, come on. have an identity of your own. Its not like "Hey guess what [insert one of the twins name here] is doing" its more like "Hey guess what the Olsen Twins are doing now?".
Childhood actors seldom last and even now they're fading. When they become legal, the adult magazine industry will come begging and since they even stooped as low as to market toothpaste, I am sure we will be seeing the 'Twins' showing their "twins" before long. Should make for some interesting reading.
And money... I think as long as there are people whose needs are going unsatisfied then there is no excuse for excessive wealth. I mean, how many pairs of shoes do you need when Jabsika of whereever has no shoes and has to walk 10000 miles to get a cup of water to wash an elephant that produces dust for the village of 8 and a half monkeys and a goat to eat?
