I would play RE4, but I'm more into psychological horror. Plus, the music in the Silent Hill series is so badass. And Resident Evil doesn't have Pyramid Head. Life is not worth living without Pyramid Head.

You should totally play Shadow of the Colossus first, the story is very beautiful. The controls are a little iffy, but that's a minor setback.

all the games I listed were PC

but argh that's gotta suck Celtic

Has any one ever heard of Spartan: Total Warrior? That game looks amazing with a capital "A"

I just heard about a game coming out Xbox 360 that almost has me conviced to spend the incredible amount of cash to get one. I can't remember the name for the life of me but it looks fantastic! (this is coming from a PC/Nintendo Acolyte so you know it's gotta be something else)

Also what do y'all think about the new controller for the Revolution? I think the motion control is going to change the standard for shooters and games utilizing swords and the like. I am also praying that it will allow for a console RTS (real time strategy) that doesn't suck

I like Inuyasha a lot and a friend lended me a DVD so I'm pretty excited about it... I only saw one episode of Samurai 7.

Amp, I'd play all those, but I have two problems: I have old consoles and an equally shitty computer that won't allow massive games.

I've always wanted to try Civilization and Elder Scrolls.

Resident Evil 4 IS awesome. I remember watching my boyfriend playing it and wishing I could steal his PS2 and the game.

Katamari Damacy is incredibly addictive and fun...just hilarious.

I love the entire Sims series.

I'm stuck on Final Fantasy 7 (Dirge of Ceberus looks amazing too), but I want to try out Final Fantasy 8 and 10.

I just really want a PS3 (I'm figuring out ways to save up to buy one when they come out). If they make a Final Fantasy 7 (perhaps my all time favorite game) remake for the PS3, that'll give me enough reason to waste at least 500 dollars.

If that's the one with the guy with the gun blade I agree this one rocks!

Need for Speed is also a great car game. If you want to race and smoke people you can just do that, but if you want to become an outlaw and get away from the cops then you can do that too. Oh yeah Torino 2005 is really an addictive game too.

Samurai 7 is a great anime to check out also.

The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and the expansions (I'm not very far but it's fun)

Big Grin This game is sooo addictive. Although I'm too impatient to level up my character, so I just go around killing people and then I steal their stuff and sell it.

Other great games:
Silent Hill (duh)
Fatal Frame
The Sims 2
Shadow of the Colossus
God of War
Final Fantasy 8
Burnout Revenge
Katamari Damacy 1 and 2
Devil May Cry 1 and 3
Ratchet and Clank 1 and 2
Jak 2
Lumines

Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries (I love my Dashi so much! 100 tons of pure ass-kicking!)
The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and the expansions (I'm not very far but it's fun)

Those two games are great love them.

Civilization 2 (old as all get out but I still love it)

Civilation is also a great game. The newest one numver 4 is great and looks great. That's a really nice game if you really have nothing better to do, but sit in front of a computer screen. It's takes a bit to get used to. If you liked that though then you'll probably love Warcraft. Those games are just awesome!!!

Inuyasha is great too. They haven't had any new episodes on though. I personally love playing video games more than watching animes. If you love RPG's then play the Suikoden series. They are long and so much fun. If you like adventure though play the Prince of Persia trilogy. That game is so awesome. Splinter Cell is great too, but you have to master those and be ready for some serious game play. The PS3 is coming out November 17th so make sure to grab that!!!

Wolf's Rain was pretty awesome. But Hellsing is 10,000 times better. Alucard is so hot.
