I love Eminem b/c he tells the truth and he tells it in great sounding ways I agree with most of the things he says but not all. your not living if you don't take chances.

Sometimes I feel very angry about things and I feel like I'm going to lose it, when I feel like this, listening to Eminem's music really helps me. Sometimes I feel like he gives me a voice when I am too upset to yell. It actually helps me to calm down. I will be very angry, and then I put on one of his cds and I feel like I'm getting some of my rage off of my chest just by listening to him saying the angry words that perfectly express what I'm feeling inside. I have never met Eminem, but I hope that I will someday. I would like to thank him for the way that his music has helped me.

I went thru a rebellious period in my life a few years ago where I listened to alot of Eminem. I've realized now the bad effect that music had on me. He just sings about disgusting stuff and its really scary. His song Mockingbird, however, shows a little more about his real self -- I like it for that.

no offense to ilovebush, but i think it kinda has a good beat though i don't think the best way to apologize to your daughter if by singing a song for the rest of the world to hear i think eminem is good when it comes to just music itself like Just Lose It or Lose Yourself he isn't the kind of person kids should look up to as a role model

oh my lord...I cant stand his song "Mockingbird" (I'm sure I'll get my head ripped off about that statement but whatever.) I come from a place where the old "Mockingbird" song is the way it should be (and even Toby Keith's version isnt too bad). What is up with singers today singing old songs and changing them? Like the guy from the White Stripes singing Dolly Parton's "Jolene". He totally ruined the song! Maybe its because I dont like Eninem is why I dont like his version of "Mockingbird". But is was first sung (and now I cant think of who first sung it) as a good, family song, but its been turned into something it not.. Go ahead and rip this post to shreds..I'm ready.

I enjoy eminem's music. Sometimes when I am really upset I will listen to some of his angrier songs like "The Way I am", "Cleanin' Out My Closet", "Evil Deeds", and "Mosh" and it helps me to let out some of my anger. I have never been one to be easily offended by profanity, if anyone has a problem with the lyrics they can either listen to the edited version or just not listen to it at all. Some of his songs do show his sensitive side like "Mockingbird". I personally think he's talented and his music gives me pleasure.

Heh, I thought it was another NOISEname stealing newbie, thanks for the heads-up. I had the same problem, my password was changed to some 9 digit number, and I had to have them send me an email with it just so I could login. I don't know what's going on. Eminem is rap. Rap sucks. The end.

I like him. He's really talented as a rapper. I'm not really into the rap scene but I haven't heard someone yet who can match his rhymes. He's pretty much the only rapper I listen to. Sometimes he can get a little too heavy, though, even for me. I carefully choose which songs of his I listen to and which I don't. I respect that he's expressing his opinion and himself and that he does so without worrying what others will think. I think that shows true originality and makes him one of the few original artists out there. I'm really WorthWaitingFor...the new Noiseboards login won't take my username and password....

He's pretty good he's speaking out about his life and reaching alot of people his lyrics are a bit explicit but you know what it jis music and his choice
