Depends what he wants us for...but yeah, I'd be willing to be some sort of friend to Jim.

Why are people already to give people classifications based on bias and stereotypical views. I've been called a punk, emo, bitch, fucking retarded asshole, reject, and fanatic. I am tired of that shit. I want to be my own fucking class.

Well, I suppose it's just you and us. And by us I mean, everyone who's posted to make this thread have 5 pages. If we didn't care we wouldn't have posted. So, what do say? Do you want us?

Screw role models, just decide what you want to do with your life and go for it. If it's really so bad that you can't think of one specific goal, write a bunch of options down and pick one out of a hat. If you're looking for something to focus on, it should be you and your future, not that of a band you like. Or make a list of short-term goals and make sure you check something off the list each week. It's ok to have an obsession or two, just don't let that be the only thing there is to know about you. I like some Green Day songs but other's give me a headache.

How can anyone truly call someone pathetic. In our fucked up society, the way you say being a devoted Green Day fan is pathetic is an unfair example. In other societies that pathetic American Green Day fan is actually the person with the most worship of a power.

A teacher, someone older than you whom you've known forever, a parent of a friend you grew up with. Whatever floats your boat man.

That's pathetic that all you live for is a band. But yes, it's still pretty sad.

Peace, Love, and Rock n' Roll. Yeah!
