9/11 had a chain effect on me.I live in Idaho. 9/11 had no real effect on my life, when it happened. But, when it was all said and ((not)) done, I'm affected by losing loved ones in Iraq and outrageous gas prices. I don't watch 9/11 movies and I will NEVER go see WTC. I don't need to pay money to relive the tragedy. My grandma says that we shouldn't glorify the dead. But remembering 9/11 to me is not glorifing the fact that they are dead, but they LIVED! I'll be able to tell my children, and children's children about 9/11 and pray that history does not repeat and we learn from this attack (unlike the 1993 attack).

the newspaper in question is highly respectable and fabricated statistics are illegal, the numbers given are most likely reliable. You can hop on over to the site but because the article is old i believe a small fee is needed in order to view the article. sorry.

RiskBreaker... can you please provide me with the sources of these facts. I'm not sure they are correct. Obviously there is an article you provided, but where do they get their information?

I want to slit micheal moores throat. He said 9/11 was justified because the people killed voted for Bush.

I think you have some very valid thoughts there, that michael moore person dosen't seem to be much of a patriot and isan't that what being an american is all about?

The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.

Those numbers are so scary. It just shows how many people have been affected.

It's hard to beleive it's been 5 years already. So much and so little has changed. We now have so many more dead. So many more families in mourning, but still so many being sent out to die.

It must be lovely to wake up in the morning and understand everything.

I'm glad to hear that 2009 is when the memorial will open...I personally think it should be sooner since so many people were lost or almost lost in that event...One of my friends were the one's almost lost that day, and I can still remember what happened in my life almost exactly on that day...Thanks for the post
