War should be used as a last resort, and a country should always seek peaceful ways to resolve issues before resulting to war. I feel that Bush doesn't try to do this and jumps into wars without fully considering the consequences.

War can be the answer. War was the solution to disposing of evil, facist dictators like Hitler. How would you have suggested that the United States and Western Democracies deal with Hitler?
