It has the money therefore it has the power. The same even goes for the Bush administration.

There are plenty of moderates who could potentially become president. But they don't have support because their parties won't give it to them.

Giuliani? Rice? Two people who should never be president. Of course, I'm not rooting for Hilary, either. I'm sick of Republican extremism and Democrat extremism alike. Contrary to what you might think, Clinton was the last good president we've had. He was *gasp* a bipartisan moderate. Yes, he was a Dem, but he recognized that he needed the support of Republicans if he was ever going to do anything as president. So far, Bush has succeeded in further alienating the opposing party and little else. Mr. "You're either for us or against us" will do no better, and don't even get me started on Condi. If she can't cut it as America's top diplomat, there's no way she would make a good president. I would have voted for Kerry only as the lesser of two evils. No, he probably wouldn't have made the best president, but Bush's track record makes him the worse choice. I'm so glad he'll be out of office come 2008. Now if only someone can put up a moderate candidate instead of the extremist morons we've had on the ballot the past two elections...

And just so you know, facism died out a long time ago. Didn't you get the memo?

GET OVER IT! Guliani 2008 Rice 2016

Maybe not in force, but at least politically.

They tried that during World War I and it didn't quite work out. The Consitution guarantees my right to speak my mind, and I will use that right to the extent of my abilities.

How could you possibly know that? Have you been to an alternate dimension where Kerry is president? No? Then stop making assumptions.

I'd take careful action to ensure as peaceful a world as possible and sadaam would have been publically tortured and killed by now. For the record bush is doing a damn good job running this country better than hilary or kerry could ever do.

Um...I might not be the best source on the subject, but I'm fairly certain that in our current day and age, that's called suicide...

OmFG, Knighthammer! That is quite possibly the single most ridiculous political comment I've ever heard in my life, and I am quite serious. Are you telling me that since Hitler was the leader of Germany during WWII, the entire country was justified in ending the lives of over 6 million Jews!? Or another example.. who's to say that a country's corrupt leader can't be overthrown if he is doing a poor job in controlling his country, or is committing acts of cruelty against his citizens? Its called a revolution. It has happened many times in the history of mankind, and there have been many corrupt leaders as well, like Nero. If people followed your way of thinking, manind would end up looking like one twisted nightmare.

Your twisting my words you have a right to free speech but you should always at least support your country and by extension your president no matter what.

What a bunch of bs. So, for example, if the president told us that we all needed to take a certian pill inorder to keep us all in order, you would. At least basically what you are saying is that you would not question government and what they are up to.

What you ment to say is that you should respect the government, even if you disagree with them and even may hate them. As for the treason aspect, I seriously think that you need to get some pointers and expand your horizons. We HAVE THE RIGHT OF FREE SPEACH and OUR OWN THOUGHTS!!

Some periods and capital letters would work wonders...

Blindly supporting the president is treason, especially when he's wrong.

Very true. Just remember you're married now. Or...unionized.
