there's been a lot of talk about american media and their liberal or conservative bais: be it fox news or cnn. however, almost all of america receives their news from an american source - which should be considered a bias in its own right.

i'm providing a link that shows middle eastern news reports translated into english - it has a lot of segments that we would never see on any american news program. check it out - at the very least it will give us a more balanced view of what's really going on.

a lot of the programs are from the united arab emirates which is, of course, a largely muslim nation - but it is also extremely westernized in terms of its eduction and technology sectors. just something to keep in mind.

Its been interesting getting my news while i've been in other countries, in particular when I've been in countries that were not in support of the war. But I agree with you that it is important to get your news from various sources, thats why I go to the English and German press alot; in many cases I think the English press is better then the American press.

yeah, i wouldnt trust american news...cnn...cbs...fox...its all crap, i watched a documentary on a bagdhad news what do you call it? a company? whatever but yeah i saw alot of footage and alot of the stories from iraq that werent played over here during the war, its really unfortunate what happend over there...alot of innocent people died.. i think if any of you christians are going to do any praying for anyone it should be for the innocent people getting murdered not the troops...
