This really doesnt have anything to do with the post but my class at school had to write a paper about the Attack On America. And i was just gonna type what i wrote,im only in the 6th grade so not everything is perfect. And my parents didnt help me with it i did this all by myself!Tell me what yall think of it, plz.

Attack On America
I think that it was cruel what the people did to America. Also whoever took over the planes were stubborn & stupid, because they killed innocent people and rined many families.I dont see how anybody could hijack a pane and crash it into one of the most popular buildings in the world! Also whoever did crash into those buildings didnt just kill Americans they killed all kinds of people from all over the world. They killed young & old men and women just to please there ruler, which i think is sick!If my president asked me to hijack a plane and crash it somewhere and kill innocent people, even though its disgrace against my country and I,I surelly wouldnt kill innocent people.Whoever did this,is very wrong and a coward for not coming forward after the horrible things took place!Just like the president said,"They are faceless cowards...." Whoever was involved in the terrorist attack should come forward and talk! Whoever did this made fear, tragedy, sadness, pain, and other feelings that can't be described that's going on in the people's life of the terrible loss we've concurred together.Even though its been tough getting through what occured on September 11th,2001 the other countries and people got to see how everybody works together in trying to help out.People all across America donated things like money, blood, food, there strength and courage into fiding lost or injured people. But it is majorly hard for people to do there best when there lives have been kurupted by such major damage in the world. But looking back at it all some great things have came out of this.Like everybody working together, the donations people are making, the firemen and the policemen dedicating there time into searching for lost and injured peope. But most of all it has made our country stronger and tougher.

~GOD BLESS AMERICA~

ok...Some people are saying that It's not right for the palestians to be mad and others are saying yeah, it's ok for them to be mad. Well, ok just to clear things up. For the person who said it's ok for the Palestinians to be happy that's complete bull. No one, not any living soul should EVER be happy that thousands of innocent lives have been killed. I don't want people to think i am anit- Palestine or anything....infact my parents are Palestinian and i understand what is happening with the whole Palestine Isreal conflict but once again that doesn't give anyone the right to be happy about thousands of people dieing. Understand, also, that these Palestinians Were young boys...they are children and sometimes when you are young you don't really understand exactly what is happening. I am sure once the mature they will understand what happened more clearly. Ok, thanks for your time....I just felt that i had to clear all of that up.

most of the messages on this board are sayin how we shouldnt hate the people of afghanistan for what happened. well imagine this...imagine your mother goes to work on a regular day and she doesnt come home because her office was BOMBED by terrorists...its a little hard not to hate the nation for what happened...this did not personally happen to me, but i can relate to that because of the holocaust...my friends grandparents cant hear the word "german" without feelin hate rising in their chest...these people destroyed families, so yes, while we shouldnt be going around threatin classmates, everyone out there needs to put themselves in the peoples shoes who lost family or friends from the attacks

and additionally, i personally am not concerned as to WHY bin laden made these attacks..i dont care what the **** he fears, because, there is NEVER an excuse for terrorism and killing innocent people

Those who are wanting to blame kids who go to school with them need to calm down and think. Most likely thier family moved here to get away from the type of people who did this. The best thing to do now is to use the anger you feel into helping the kids who lost thier parents and the men and women in New York who are protecting us from further attacks. Blaming people who are innocent will not help. So keep your heads up and let this bring America closer together not rip us apart!

I would first like to express my condolence to all American people. What happened on Tuesday was horrible, shocking and in no way excusable. It is not however as suprising as US residents thought of it.America's policies were disapproved in many ways, many times before, although in much more civilised and logic ways,by many European citizens.USA's wish to interfear and impose their will in may parts of the globe led to frustration, annoyance and anger,an anger which exploded in the most repulsive way last Tuesday. If this attack is answered by uncontrollable violence it can lead to a very dangerous situation for all of us.Justice must be given, but in ways that only those who caused this terror will be punished, like economic and diplomatic isolation.USA and Europe can form an indefendable alliance that can truly defend justice, peace and human rights without meaningless killings which will just make the situation worse. After all,a children crying is a children crying,no matter what his nationality or religion might be,a children dying is a children dying, and grief and terror and human loss are feelings common for all us little creatures who habit this little planet called Earth. confused frown

That makes me mad also QTShortie when people like your Indian friend get prejudiced against, and they don't take a stand for themselves, but instead get jaded by it. In my other topics under ending the isms, I was talking about being in Europe and how black people I met were prejudiced against there, and when I asked them how that made them feel in disbelief, they just shrugged their shoulders and said, "That's just the way it is here, there's nothing you can do about it". And I was filled with an incredible, indescribable frustatrion at how sad it is when people become resigned to descrimination.

In the back of my mind all week has been the events that happened in new york, arlington, and somerset county tuesday morning. all that has happened seems like it came right out of the movie. i still have trouble believing that this has happened to my country and not some other place in the world. the disbelief that went thru my mind tuesday morning as i saw the second airplane crash into the world trade center is only surpassed by my grief for those who have lost their loved ones and parents adn family members in all that has happened. my heart breaks for them. i can't understand why anyone could steal someone's life from them like that. what kind of people have we become as humanity that we have people capable of that. my country has done so much for so many countries around the world how could anyone hate america we are a symbol of freedom. as much as i want retaliation for what these hate filled people who have done this, who are we to take their lives even tho what they have done is so horrid. but the other side of my mind wants to kill them and have what i call justice done. but these people are fighting for what they believe in just as we would be doing if we bombed their country or whatever. We must have tolerance in our country. not all muslims hate america. there are many good muslim and arab americans. let's not take our anger out on them, otherwise we will be just like those terrorists.i pray that god has mercy on the people who have done this. i know that one day they will have to stand before an almighty god and they will be judged for what they have done. i pray that god gives our leaders wisdom and guidance and that comfort will be given to all those hurting. God bless america and let us continue to take the cause of freedom to all the countries who do not have what we have.

WE are all shocked, angry, and upset about the recent events. However it is NOT okay for us to pass judgement on individu******mply because of thier race or religion. They are Americans too, and they are being effected by this just like you. The hijackers and their associates did not attack only christians or only catholics or only whites, blacks, etc. they attacked America and everything that it stands for. I live in Oklahoma and this is like re-living the horrible bombing that happend here, only this is much worse. It is hars to hear the stories of the rescue efforts because we went through the same thing six years ago. I am organizing a coin drive at my child care center where I work in an effort to help the people in New york and Washington the way they helped us in our time of need. That is what being American is all about, standing united and helping eachother up when we are brought to our knees. It is so much easier to blame a group from another country than it is to accept the one of us could do something like this. That is one reason why the OKlahoma City bombing was so awful, an American did that to us. But we did not go and attack eey white guy with a shaved head. So it is not right to assume that a person belives that what has happened is right just because of thier race or religion. Please stand together and help the rest of the country show these cowards that we will prevail and they can not take our freedom!! wink

I also wanted to note, there is a girl in my school whose family is from India. On the day of the attacks her mother called her in school to inform her that they were already receiving death threats at her house. When I told her that was horrible, she just shrugged her shoulders and said they were getting used to it. That reply enraged me. mad She, her family, nor any one else in this world, should have to get used to something like a death threat. They are holding her family responsible for what happened, and she isn't even Arab. Because of her color, they automatically believe she must have had something to do with the terrorist attacks. We must stop blaming everyone and only focus on those soley responsible.

I know this has been said before, but you cannot blame all Afghanistanians for this tragety. Bin Laden and his fallowers yes, the government perhapps, but not everyone in that nation.

What many don't know is what Bin Laden hates about the US. He fears westernization, and lets face it, the US is the appitamy of westernization. I don't think he should be so violent but at least now I can actually understand what the problem is.

It is also not the Palestinians who are doing this, they actually want to help the US.

Keep clicking to help the girls, don't take it out on the people. Perhapps with a better education, people throughout the world would see the needlessness for such violent acts.

This has been a traumatic week for all of us. The attacks on Tuesday has somehow managed to touch everyone around the world. I know that the scene of the second plane crashing into the World Trade Center will forever be etched in my mind. Right now, that particular scene seems like a scene right out of the movie. Years down the road, when the next generation asks us about the attacks, we will remember exactly where we were when it happened. I'm still trying to gather my thoughts in the midst of all this, and try as best I can to understand what this is all about. The reality of it has not sunked in yet. The question now is, what are we going to do? Should we retaliate? I'm not exactly in favor of President Bush, but he is the leader of this nation. With that I support him right now, when he needs all of our support. Most of the world is on our side. I don't know what's going to happen next. I don't know what it feels like to get a call from someone telling me their plane has been hijacked. I don't know what it feels like to lose someone I care about to such a cruel death. I don't know the anxiety of those who are still trying to find their loved ones. I don't know how we're going to get through this, as a nation, or as a family. What I do know is how to pray, and leave it up to God. That's the best I can do, besides donating what they need right now. I'm also asking that we don't freak out on the next Arab-American we see, whether it is at school or on the streets. It's not for us to judge them based on their ethnicity, nationality, race or religion. Put ourselves in their shoes, and imagine how unfair it is that they are subjected to such treatment. I care enough to share my thoughts on here, and I'm sure a lot of people do as well. Whatever comes after this, the first priority is helping those in need in New York. If you can do something to help them, do it, and you would've done something worth doing, for now.

Living in Minnesota, it is quite challenging for me to make the events of this week seem real in my mind, but they certainly feel real in my heart. Glued to the TV screen at school my heart went out to all of those directly and indirectly affected by these acts of terrorism and cowardess. I cannot fathom being in the position many are in, unsure of the fate of their loved ones. It is crucial that our come together, united in courage, hope and love in the days and weeks to come. Only time will tell what impact these acts will have on our country; but this country has been forever changed. confused

I know someones whos father is missing, he as on one of the top floors of the first building. I have a very very good friend who is missing. He is an EMT i the city. They found his ambulence crushe under all the rubble and debris with all the equipment iside. They think he was there when it collapsed and is under all of it. Its so sad....Ive been very upset for days. I cant sleep. I only hope and pray that he's ok.
Can everyone please say a pray for him. Thank you. I am deeply saddened by this attack on our country, but I am still PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN. So everyone put up your American flags and be proud.

I was sickend when I heard about the hijackings. I find it very difficult to understand how anyone who is human could kill that many people. That is why I believe that even though these people should be punished the thought of a war scares and angers me. Thousands of innocent people are killed in wars and is president bush decides to declare war then he is promoting the same heartless behavior as has already been shown. Also it scares me knowing that even though I live in England we are as much ivolved in this as anyone. I know that is a war starts we will be involved to and will be at as much risk. frown frown nullNo human could do this

What happened on Tuesday literally makes me sick. When I hear anything more about it, I get more disgusted. I am scared, really scared. The thing that bothers me the most is that not only did the terrorists physically destroy our country, but they destroyed us emotionally. Everytime I hear a siren, I start freaking out. Today I heard a car alarm down the street, and I found myself getting nervous. And when I heard thunder last night, I, a 16 year old girl, crawled into my mother's bed with her. All I can say is that we all have to be strong. I am trying my hardest, and I think that is the best thing to do right now. Love for all
