I wasn't trying to bash America. I think America is a great country. I am very glad I live here instead of a poor, third world country or something. I am just saying it isn't perfect and, while we should be thankful we live here, we should also remember this country is not perfect. I think it has great potential to be a terrific country, but we are not there yet and we should remember that.

No no, what Joey meant was that Poverty, etc. is always a problem, but people start to complain about it and hold it against the government when a Republican is in office. It's partly true.

I think youre wrong about the republicans causing homelessness and poverty. Its more likely that illegal border jumpers cause it by stealing all the low-income jobs and housing and then mooching off our welfare systems, leaving legitimate AMERICAN CITIZENS out of work. It sucks. Its bull****. Vote LP.

Our flag has nothing to do with the government, it has everything to do with this country.

The country and the government are two different things.

And as far as the homeless/poverty thing goes, get a clue. That stuff only becomes a "problem" when a Republican has the White House.

Media research (i.e., Bernard Goldberg's "Bias") has shown that to be one of the main issues to keep coming up. Fortunately for me, I know how NOT to be so gullible.
