One of the things that make France and Canada great countries is the amount of freedom in each, more freedom in the US, where if you don't EXACTLY AGREE with the US government, YOU'RE SCREWED! American society has a lot of growing up to do, and everyone else knows it. I honestly don't see why anyone would care that France and Canada did not join us. Like we could take Iraq by ourselves? Also, DesertEagle, I hope you are still around in 50-100 years, because America will have declined as the world power by then, and maybe we'll treat other countries with a little more respect when we're not bloated on our own power.

You can't use the Dieppe POWs against us because the Americans and British knew that the Germans knew we were coming to Dieppe and didn't tell us we were expected and we walked into a slaughter just because they didn't want the Germans to know that they broke that code so they sacrifised the Canadian boys.

The 1812 attack was an attack on Indians ambushing traders trying to go to Canada. You only won due to the fact that General Montgomery was killed in the opening artillery bombardment and his troops fled.

There were a few Canadian captures during the Operation Market Garden. around 30 I believe, 101st Airborne attack the fortification in which they were held and lost more then 300 American troops. Arguably the fortification had to be attacked anyway due to counter attack threat but the action was sped up to try to save the Canadians from POW camp.
