Every post you make makes no sense. What did all of that even mean. I am seriously concerned for your mental state. I notice you did not answer my questions. Maybe you don't know the answers, although you did write the thing.

How do you know what their intention are?
How do you know what their orders are?
You should only be a threat when being invaided.
Not just the innocent get killes,but what about the rape, pillaging and displacement of their people.
Only because your corrupt governments or another corrupt government said lets invaid another country, should not give the people the right to do so. I am not a sheep I do what is right for me and toward others.

Bill, I tried to read your "Constitution" but the grammer and typos were bad. I have a couple of questions.

How is the committee, that selects the initiative up for vote, selected. Are they elected or appointed.

Who would command troops to defend the nation from foriegn invasion? Would you have everyone vote on specific battle plans?
