To me, bush has done a fabulous job of being president. He has guided this country through some of the toughest moments in american history. Vote Bush.
John Kerry is a Jackass with a capital J.

Crazychild (I dont care about your capitilization. NuShoesAgain, GetFuzzyGurl. All of you have little political knowledge and if you really had the facts you would realize you were a liberal. KornLover, you call yourself a conservative eh? I wonder what Korn would say about there political opinions (conservative punkrockers is an oxymoron.) Of course Bush let 9/11 slide, he wanted proof to attack Iraq so he could get oil to pass his deal with the Saudis to guaretee himself the elections. And this whole stuff about Bush being against Dictators drives me nuts. Bush loves dictators and so does his father. Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia is a ruthless dictator who opresses women and other nationalites, funds terrorism, and cares nothing about his country, and is funded heavily by Bush. Is that freedom?

First off, I could never be President. I see no reason to want that position. The President will never be able to please every one person in this country. People are going to hate him, and others are going to like him. So I think President Bush has one plus for just wanting the position. Do I want him re-elected? I don't know. I can't even vote. Not that I don't care about our country, but what can I do? I really don't have a say in the election. I just hope that the adults in this country have enough in them to elect whoever is going to keep us safe and make decisions in the best interest of our people.

I think it is good that everyone is so passionate to vote in this years upcoming Pres. election, but I have a serious question: "How many of you out there who say you're voting for this and that person even know where they stand of certain important issues?"... I mean it's all good to say that you're going to vote, but Why are voiting for this or that person?...All I'm saying is have some type of knowledge about a candidate then make your decision...By just picking one person because of the way your family or some other influential source did doesn't mean you have to...We're still young, we're more informed on the issues, and we have the outcome to become a great voice in our Gov't. only if we are "informed" on issues to make a rational decision, and who cares if you vote different from everyone else in your family, maybe your views are different on how the Gov't. should be run...Besides politics shouldn't be about family views, but independent rationalizations from ones own choice(s)...This is why we are a Democracy-"Freedom to choose"(includes responsible leadership) quote:
...Besides politics shouldn't be about family views, but independent rationalizations from ones own choice(s)...

The gay marriage issue is phony anyway - pretty much a media invention, like so many political issues. AFAIK, Bush is not advocating denying gays civil unions, just "marriage". The word, "marriage", has a significant religious connotation, and the prevailing belief among most folks opposed to "gay marriage" is that marriage is and always was as a religious institution, long before it was a legal one. Putting it another way, most Americans aren't (AFAIK) opposed to gays having all the legal benefits of marriage (i.e. "civil unions"), but most are opposed to calling it and recognizing it using the word "marriage". It's just semantics. Personally, I don't have a problem with it no matter what it's called, and it's a complete red herring of an issue.

This from a guy who's posts typically consist of "you're a jerk", "you're a liar", and consist of no substantiated arguments. As always with liberals - hypocrisy.

Doesn't matter who said what about the Gay marriages. Bush needs to be re-elected and Kerry needs to get hit by a car.

quote: Who could have possibly known that 9/11 was gonna happen? Bush.
Clinton, too, according to what's coming out now. There was intel on plans to hijack planes and use them as missiles as far as the mid-90's. Furthermore, what's coming out via the 9/11 commission now shows that Clinton clearly did have several opportunities to take down bin Laden. Whether you believe Clinton should have taken them without bin Laden having committed terrorist acts against the U.S. at the time is entirely up to you.
