Well, if you actually bothered to pay attention to what happened after 9/11 than you would remember that when we did go after Al-Qaeda (yeah remember that? it was called the war in Afganistan), we had U.N support, it was most definitly a multilateral effort. It wasn't until the war in Iraq that the U.S. acted on its own. Plus, it was never shown Iraq was related to Al-Qaeda at all.(check out this article)

I have a picture of George Bush! haha i sent the White House a letter like a long time ago and one day in the mail I got a picture of him, in the letter I asked for one so they got me one, next I'm asking for a picture of the WHite House and I'm gonna see if they send me one. Sorry to get off the topic but I just think that BUsh has done a good job, so many people have been criticizing him but I dont think they could have done a better job, Bush led us through so many hard times, I kind of feel bad for him.
