i like your clinton vs. bush analogy, matt. it's very true...and least there's somebody else out there who sees things this way.

For that guy who talked about Bush having a life and Dragon Boy not having one... Bush sure does have the life! He rarely spends any time in the White House and has taken the record longest vacations in the entire history of the US.

And to Luvabug, yes Clinton was better. Clinton lied about oral sex and got a bad reputation. Bush lied about a war in Iraq that has left 700+ Americans Dead, 6,500+ Iraqis dead, and destroyed an economy with constant demands for money.

let it be known that I am not disrespecting the office of the president...Im disrespecting the man who currently is holding it, he isn't special, hes a plain old american citizen

I don't know how Clinton was. I was a child, so my impressions of him are skewed. Mostly, I think he knew what he was doing, though, but again, I was a child while he was president.

i watched a biography on him in American studies. And even if i don't know him personally, he probably has a great heart and thats what would make him a great person.


As for being a great president, he has done many good things for us so i don't think he is a "poor" president.

That's your opinion, and we're merely expressing ours. Further more, unless you know Bush personally, I doubt you know just how great of a person he is...And, we're not saying that he's not a great person (though I wonder how many of us think he is?), we're saying he's a poor president.

You know, for some reason if you do a Google image search for "star wars kid" that montage of images turns up as the 8th result or something. Doesn't make sense.

He does look like a chimp though...I mean, at least a little bit. Which is why my mom and I constantly refuse to listen to him "Oh, oh, the chimp's talking again, flip the channel..."
