yeah, i think its somewhat time for america to stop getting in all of this 'war'thing. its back to normal. americans do have to stay in irak, after all they were the ones who started it, but as a moderator, not as a repulsive use of action/authority against iraqis. and why the hell should i care about a ******* soldier dying? there are two reasons why they joined the army: to kill people and to promote violence. i think its too late for militants to take a step back.

what was in those pictures was not aggressive force. It was abuse. It was sick. It was disgusting. And very destructive to America's image around the world. That is a fact. And nothing can justify those actions of the troops. Even if Iraqi's have done the same to our troops that doesn't mean we have the authority to stoop to that level. Besides, America claims to be the protector of the world, and the corrector of the world's wrongs. How do you think the Iraqi's feel now, do you really think that they view American forces as helpers or bringers of democracy, as we have self proclaimed? not likely. THey view us as torturers, and some have even said that our tactics are worst than Saddam's. We can no longer cling to the belief that Iraqi's will ever welcome our presence in their country. I know I wouldn't welcome American troops. NOr would i believe America's rhetoric of our ability to bring democracy. THE AMERICAN FRONT IS OVER.

That is a load of crap. I WAS in Iraq. Yea what those soldiers did to those POWs is wrong, but the Iraqis have done far worse to the US and Coalition POWs they've caught. They've raped, tortured and in a few cases murdered them, and they didn't stop there, then they dragged their bodies through Iraqi cities and spit on them, kicked them and otherwise degraded them. In my opinion We need to use enough force to defend ourselves, and if that means we get aggressive then so be it. Besides there is only one thing an Iraqi knows FORCE. When we went on raids we would ask the man of the house if he had any weapons and they'd always say no, but we'd always find weapons. So then we'd ask them nicely why they lied to us and they wouldn't answer or they'd be very uncontrollable, but when you grab the guy handcuff him and arrest him, then they start talking. Anyway regardless of what you have heard 95% of the Iraqi population want us there, it's just the few Saddam Fanatics that don't.

What we are doing in necessary to get the information we need to hunt down terrorists.
The terrorists already hate us. Supposedly, if you believe Gallup, a majority of Iraqis wanted us to leave even before this crap came out. So, what have we lost? Nothing.

Now they have all the reason to hate the U.S. What we are doing to those POW's is appalling. America claims to be democratic and tries to be diplomatic, but the truth is out in the open now. I fear that there will be more attacks on America because of our inhumane treatment of the Iraqi pow's. Many Iraqi's are saying that they were treated better in Saddam's prisons. What does that say about American forces? Not anything positive. Forcing the pow's to pose and simulate sexual position is unconscionable.
