how you defined terrorism? for me terrorism is an act where a person or a group invades other people country,destroy their life and and killing innocence. when i think about it,i noticed Bush had all this quality but how come he haven't been called a terrorist.is it because he the world leader?

I think your definition of terrorism isn't correect, but your implication that Bush is a terrorist is. Terrorism is using or planning to use decitful tactics in order to harm an opponent. That's why 9/11 was a terrorist attack. The biggest example of Bush being a terrorist is his stance on torture.
